Payment and Shipping

WHICH COMPANY DO YOU SEND MY ORDERS THROUGH?

All orders are sent through the post office, by ordinary mail or registered mail.

•          Ordinary Shipping. Takes between 2 and 4 working days (from Monday to Friday, not holidays) to arrive (from product is shipped).

This shipping method does NOT carry a tracking, so if the package is lost or stolen, NataDPB is not responsible and will not be refunded, as it cannot be verified whether you received the package.

•          Certified Shipping. Takes between 1 and 4 working days (from Monday to Friday not holidays) to arrive (since the product is shipped).

This method has a tracking code, so you can consult the tracking and control your shipments using the website's shipment locator: www.correos.es.

The shipments will be delivered under signature to the recipient's address. If you cannot When the delivery is made, a notice will be left in the mailbox to be picked up at the office indicated, remaining on the list for a fortnight.

For international shipments:

The order will be sent by registered mail. The duration of the shipment depends on of the recipient country.

Returns

If the order is returned to the sender (NataDPB), the money will be returned, except for the amount of the shipment and the sales commission.

Please be sure to write the Recipient's address correctly.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SENT?

As long as the products are in stock, will be sent within 1 - 2 working days.

Otherwise the product will be sent in 3 - 4 working days (production time).

WHICH ARE THE FORMS OF PAYMENT?

Payment will be made via PayPal; you can pay with your credit card if you don't have a PayPal account.
